STEP 1: Select Organisation STEP 2: License - Key Please Select Your Organisation STEP 3: Download/Install - Database Connector (CnprtSetup.exe) - SERVER only Database Connector (SERVER only) Setup NOTE: The Database Connector should only be installed on your MAIN Computer (i.e. Your SERVER with the database). Contact your IT provider if/as required. STEP 4: Download/Install Application Bar (DriAppBarSetup.exe) - ALL Dispensary Computers Application Bar (Dispensay) Setup

Install Instructions

• Obtain a License Key
• Click the Download button on this page.
• Once Downloaded, Do one of the following :-
  • To start the setup immediately after it downloads, click Run.
  • To save the download to your computer for launch later, click Save.
• Open the application to start installing..

Antivirus Software

When opening the install application. Microsoft Defender may prompt you with unrecognised app, as this file originated from another computer.
Simply click "More-Info", And verify the setup application is published by "reCare/Group-health-care" then click "Run anyway". (Alternatively right-click the downloaded setup application, choose properties, then tick "Unblock")

Hosted/Terminal-Services Environments

Under a hosted environment (depending on your setup) this application should be installed on your remote desktop, (NOT local machine) OR installed/configured as a remote application. Contact your hosting provider to install/configure for ALL users. See Technical deploy options
